Our vision is to empower our clients to take charge of their health and wellbeing by providing them with the tools and guidance necessary to develop a lifelong yoga practice. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive community that welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds, allowing them to explore and deepen their practice in a safe and welcoming environment.

About Founder

Jagriti has been passionate about yoga since she was a child. She loved the way it made her feel - calm, centred, and at peace. But she never thought of making it a career. Instead, she completed her studies and got a job in the corporate world, like so many others. At first, Jagriti enjoyed her job.

It was challenging, but she liked the people she worked with and the sense of accomplishment she felt at the end of each day. But over time, she began to feel more and more burnt out. The long hours, the pressure to perform, and the constant stress took their toll on her. Jagriti knew she needed a change. She wanted to do something more meaningful with her life, something that would bring her joy and fulfilment.

One day, while at work, Jagriti encountered a yoga teacher. The teacher was leading a yoga class at the workplace, and Jagriti decided to try it after working hours. As she moved through the poses, she felt a sense of clarity and purpose that she had never felt before. It was like a lightbulb had gone off in her head - yoga was her calling.

Excited by this realization, Jagriti started to research professional yoga schools. She wanted to find the best program possible, one that would prepare her for a career in yoga and give her the knowledge and skills she needed to succeed. Her research led her to find one of the best professional yoga schools after searching for courses and universities related to yoga.

She enrolled in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, with the intention to deepen her personal practice. She resigned from her job before joining the training, dedicating herself to a career in teaching. Jagriti started teaching professionally immediately after completing her training and she now teaches in yoga and fitness centres as well as providing online yoga classes to US-based clients.

Jagriti’s aim is to spread more awareness of health and fitness through yoga. Her approach to yoga remains ever-focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. Her classes focus on Hatha yoga, including asana, pranayama, surya namaskar, meditation, etc. And you can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

In her classes, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen the practice. Through yoga, she aims to nurture your mind, body, and soul." Her hope is that you step off the yoga mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced after every class.
